All orders can now be taken on our site through our SECURE server.
All orders submitted to Speed & Sound Electronics Corp. are subject to verification and approval.

Things you need to know

All products are sold BRAND NEW, with all accessories - as supplied by the Manufacturer and covered by USA warranties.
Personal checks and money orders are held for clearance.
No COD orders!

Return policy

There are 10 days, upon receiving the item, to return the product (only if merchandise is defective or malfunctions) for an exchange, ONLY with prior return authorization from Speed & Sound Electronics Corp..
All products returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All products returned must be shipped PREPAID at the customers' expense.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
There is a FINAL SALE on all speakers and Special Order items.
Returned items must be in the original packaged condition (including the original box, Styrofoam, accessories, instruction manual and unfilled warranty card) and free from scratches.
Only new and recent inventory will be accepted for repair or exchange.

Shipping information

All orders received before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
All other orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
All orders are shipped via UPS unless other shipping methods are requested.

Orders within the USA

All shipping charges include insurance.
Rush service is available upon request.
Orders from New York State are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

International Orders

For all foreign credit cards, we must obtain the following: (due to bank requirements) A copy of the credit card (front and back).

A copy of the cardholder's ID (i.e. passport, driver's license or other).
The cardholder's billing address (only if different from shipping address).

All international orders will be processed within the same time-frame as domestic orders!
All international packages up to 50 pounds (23 kilos) will be shipped via Express Mail by US Postal Service or UPS Express International. Heavier packages are shipped via airline. Shipping charges are based on weight and the country of the ultimate destination.

Local taxes, duties, brokerage fees and/or other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

"FREIGHT COLLECT" option is available upon request.
